 Dr. Debasis Dash, (Senior Principal Scientist, Informatics and Big DATA Division, CSIR-IGIB delivered a guest talk on “Proteogenomic Discoveries Using Public Data Repository”  at Amity Institute of Integrative and Heaths Sciences in collaboration with Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University Gurugram campus on 7^th Nov 2019.

The main objective of the event was to make students and faculties aware about Data Sciences and how it can be used in diagnostics and therapeutics.Dr. Debasis Dash talked about developing computational tools and software for high-throughput biological data (NGS, Mass-spectrometry) analysis and using computational approaches for understanding protein function.
