Amity Law School organized a Guest Lecture on White Collar Crimes on 28th January, 2020. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Bharat Chugh, Partner Designate, Luthra & Luthra Partners. The aim of organizing this lecture was to raise a better understanding of White Collar Crimes amongst the students.

During the lecture, Mr. Chugh explained to the students the  realistic approach and psychology of White Collared Criminals. He cited some very famous cases such as the A Raja Case, Aircell Case, 2G Scam, the Civil Aviation Scam and how he handled them. He also quoted some high profile criminal cases like Arushi Murder Case, Jessica Lal Murder Case to explain how these could also be White Collar Crimes.  He also spoke about Nirbhaya Case, Disha Case and Cases of Acid Attack and Child Rape Cases to highlight the evils pervading the Society.
