i) Working as Professor in Amity University since October 2022 – taking various courses both in UG & PG levels, including final year thesis project of B. Arch, carrying out various administrative works related to academics etc.
ii) As a professor in ASAP, guiding 5 PhD scholars.
iii) Formulated/ Appraised/ Monitored including inspection of Housing& Urban Infrastructure Schemes in the State of West Bengal and Odisha
iv) Worked for propagation and dissemination of cost effective, energy efficient & environment friendly building materials & technologies and organizing Building Centre Movement to assist programmes of the Govt. for housing the Economically Weaker section and Marginalized groups
v) Involved in formulation and assistance in sanction of HUDCO's highest ever package to Odisha to the tune of Rs. 1112.50 crore for 1,75,000 Dwelling units on the aftermath of Super Cyclone
vi) Worked as Project In charge of Odisha Cyclone Rehabilitation Project Management Office (OCRPMO) of HUDCO, successfully Implemented 80 nos. of Disaster shelter-"School-cum-Cyclone Shelters" in the 13 cyclone affected districts of Odisha with the contribution of Hon'ble Members of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha (MPLAD Scheme) through the networking of Building Centres. Formulated/ implemented Model Village Schemes with HUDCO Grant Assistance in Cyclone affected villages of Odisha
vii) Looked after Retail Housing Finance in Odisha as unit head of HUDCO
viii) Looked after Joint Venture proposals of HUDCO in Kolkata
ix) Appraised/ Monitored various Govt. of India Action Plan Schemes like RAY, BSUP and ISHDP Schemes under JnNURM, VAMBAY, NRY and ILCS schemes including utilization of GOI Grant
x) Conducted various National/ International training programmes including IAS (In-service) trainings
xi) Coordinated research studies and HUDCO Chair programmes
xii) Headed Ranchi Regional Office as Regional Chief for the state of Jharkhand for generation of business including default resolution
xiii) Worked as unit head in HUDCO Headquarter at New Delhi for Estate Management, Construction & Project Management, Building Material Technology and Valuation.
xiv) Worked as head of Administration unit of HUDCO’s HSMI as well as overall HUDCO and done a number of event managements.
