Manisha Sinha’s research interests include New Media Studies, Language Mixing, Language Change, Linguistic Borrowing, Bilingualism, Media-Society Studies, New Literatures and reinventing soft skills. An accomplished researcher and academician, she has submitted her PhD in English from IGNOU (SOH) (March 2023) and holds UGC NET (2007) in Linguistics. She is double MA – with Linguistics (BHU) (2007); English from M.G.K.V., (2004) Varanasi. With eight years of teaching and four years of research experience, she boasts expertise in Linguistics and Professional Communication. With a creative bent of mind and meticulous goal-oriented approach, she has eight published research papers and one book review in reputed journals, newspapers and websites as well as seven presentations in national and international conferences, seminars, Lecture Series and FDP to her credit. As a resource person, she has also moderated and designed question banks and question papers of English for CBSE (I) (PAT) (2014). She has also been involved in conducting English language trainings and workshops on behalf of Amity University. Apart from her academic achievements, she is efficient organiser; guest coordinator and has invited many renowned educationists, news anchors, politicians and cricketers as a celebrity guests/judges during the youth Festivals, conferences, orientation programs and Faculty Development Programs. Manisha Sinha's expertise in Linguistics and Literature has earned her admiration and acclaim. Manisha Sinha is working as an Assistant Professor at AIESR and submitted PhD in English from IGNOU (SOH) New Delhi, (March 2023). She holds UGC NET (2007) in Linguistics. She is double MA – with Linguistics from BHU, Varanasi and English from M.G.K.V., Varanasi. She has more than twelve years of teaching and research experience. She has published several research papers on language, media and society issues in reputed national and international journals as well as presented papers in national and international conferences, seminars, internal events, lecture Series and FDP. Her areas of expertise are General and Applied Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, Morphology, Language Teaching, Media Linguistics, Business Communication and English Literature.
