Biological Signal Recordings
My research area lies in computational neurosciences. Research focuses on Machine learning techniques using EEG and EMG to detect human brain disorders. Bio signal processing is done in the platforms like MATLAB and Python to detect the disease. Various EEG characteristics are extracted, and classification is done using Machine learning models.
On going Research work:
1. Design of a disease detection model from animal (Rat and Zebra Fish) EEG using machine learning techniques.
2. Comparison of various classifiers for early detection of Parkinson’s disease using human EEG.
3. Correlation of EEG and EMG for detection of Nocturnal Epilepsy Seizure using machine learning techniques.
