A dedicated academician in the discipline of Marketing Management since the past 12 years. Besides teaching, I am also interested in Research. My Doctoral thesis was on Customer Delight from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. My quest for knowledge in the various perspectives of Marketing Management has expanded my horizon and assisted me in developing myself as a facilitator.
