My current research interest is in the areas of Soft Skills and Organizational Change & Behaviour in relation to Performance. This includes the Importance of Managerial Skills & Interpersonal Skills at the workplace, Managing Change in relation to Organizational Performance, Training Interventions and their importance for Informational Technology Personnel, Gender diversity and its Impact on performance, Happiness and its impact on employee satisfaction.
