Amity University Jharkhand organized ‘Perception-O-Pedia’ : Let's Think Out Of The Box

Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences, Amity University Jharkhand organized ‘Perception-O-Pedia’ : Let's Think Out Of The Box, on 26th November 2019, in the university premises. The aim of the event was to encourage students’ curiosity and creativity in order to help them improve their problem solving skills and strategic thinking and will improve their concentration, focus and memory. The competition had 6 rounds. A total of 7 duo teams with 49 supporting students participated from different departments.
The program was geared up by lighting of knowledge lamp and the felicitation of Prof.(Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand, Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey Director, Amity University Jharkhand and Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand.
Prof.(Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha, with his words of motivation said that the key element to think out of the box is the knowledge we gain in our life.
Addressing the students with his words of wisdom, Prof.(Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey said we shouldn't follow what others are doing; rather we should think differently, with more innovation and act according to that.
Adding to it Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi said that perception is what we think and how we think. He blessed students and asked them to participate with enthusiasm.
The event was a great success with the enthusiastic participation of students. Adarsh Kumar and Pooja Kumari Gupta, of B.A. (J&MC) Sem-1 bagged the first position, Akansha Dwivedi and Arya Jha of B.A. (Eco + Eng) Sem-1 got the second position and Pallavi Kumari of (B.tech) got the third position.
