Amity University Jharkhand organized a Session on 'Building a Powerful Career'.
Amity University Jharkhand organized an interactive session on ‘Building a Powerful Career’ with Mr.Shashank Atom, Chairman-Alternative Learning Systems, on 25th November 2019. The program started with the National Anthem followed by the lighting of the lamp and felicitation of the guest.
Prof.(Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director of Amity University Jharkhand blessed the students with his motivational words in which he said, "Civil service is required for nation building.Civil Service aspirants either achieve goal or become an encyclopedia, because they have covered all the possible arenas of knowledge. If one has the passion for doing something one can achieve anything".
Prof. (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor of Amity University Jharkhand also added, "Career is the most important thing for any student and one should not leave any opportunity". The Guest of Honour Mr. Shashank Atom motivated the students by saying, "Instead of giving students a fish, it is better to teach them fishing, that’s the best way to gain knowledge. We ourselves have the potential to manage ourselves because we spend most of the time with ourselves.” He also involved the students in various activities for self-development and also encouraged them to become whatever they desire.
Mr.J. K. Singh, Colonel, Indian Army also graced the occasion with his presence. He shared his live experiences which filled the students with excitement and enthusiasm. He motivated the students to serve the country and said," We are responsible for shaping the nation together. I am on the side of destruction; by killing the enemy I shape India and the teaching fraternity shape India by creating responsible students for the future of our nation. Thus it was a wonderful session which was very motivating and beneficial for all the students.
