 Amity University Jharkhand bids farewell to the graduating student of batch 2016 -19

Amity University Jharkhand organized Concluding ceremony for the passing out batches. The function started with the lighting of knowledge lamp, by Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha, Director Prof.(Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey and other dignitaries of Amity University Jharkhand.

Seeking the blessings of Founder President of Amity Education Group Dr. Ashok Kumar Chauhan, Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha addressed the gathering with his enlightening words "Be the torch bearer for the enlightened community". He quoted Immanuel Kant and said “We must dare to know and be great”. He said our university nurtures young graduates to serve not only the nation, but also the world as they have numerous opportunities across the globe.

Director Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey delivered a heart touching motivational speech and wished good luck to the passing out students. In his address he highlighted the importance of “UDYMEV HI JAYANTE” and blessed the students by saying that if they want to be a victor they have to give their best efforts and leave the rest. He also expressed gratitude to fellow colleagues as they shaped the students so wonderfully.

Then it was time for Salver and Citation Distribution to the students. The best students from various streams were awarded with the prestigious Shri Baljit Shastri Award. The students include  Ms. Riya Shree (MCA), Ms. Ankita Kumari (MBA), Mr.Vijendra Kumar( BCA), Mr. Nishant Ashish (Bsc.IT), Ms.Pragati Mishra  (B.A. English),  Ms. Isha Anand (BBA), Ms. Hrman Saini (BJMC)  and many others were awarded.

 

The Program Leaders also expressed their best wishes for the passing out students. The formula of a successful life  Namanti Falino Vrikshah means virtuous and successful people should be down to earth was given to the students. The programme ended with a farewell party where various cultural events were organized by the students. Dr. Jayeeta Chattopadhyaya gave the vote of thanks.
