Awareness Programme on Menstrual Health Education under the theme “Jagrukta Hi Samadhan
On 26th August 2026, Amity Institute of Information Technology (AIIT), Amity University Patna, organized an Awareness Programme on Menstrual Health Education under the theme “Jagrukta Hi Samadhan”. The programme witnessed active participation from students and faculty members and aimed to promote awareness about menstrual health, hygiene, and overall well-being.
The programme focused on fostering informed, open, and responsible conversations around menstruation while addressing common misconceptions and encouraging participants to develop a healthy and informed understanding of menstrual health. The awareness programme emphasized on the significance of menstrual hygiene, empathy, awareness, and supportive attitudes in creating an environment where menstrual health can be discussed without hesitation or stigma.
A key highlight of the programme was the valuable interaction with Ms. Richa Rajput from Pothipatri Foundation. Her contribution added a practical and educational dimension to the session, enabling participants to gain accurate information and greater clarity on various aspects of menstrual health and hygiene. The interaction encouraged students to approach the subject with greater awareness, sensitivity, and responsibility.
