On 8th May 2026, Amity University Patna hosted its much-awaited Farewell 2026 at Panache Banquets. The evening, themed “Folk Dances of India – A Salute to Tradition and Culture,” was a heartfelt celebration dedicated to the graduating batch, honouring their journey, achievements, and memories created throughout their college life. Showcasing the rich cultural diversity of India through vibrant folk performances, music, and traditional elements, the event created a perfect blend of emotion, celebration, and cultural pride, making the farewell a truly memorable occasion for all present.
The cultural performances at Farewell 2026 celebrated the theme “Folk Dances of India – A Salute to Tradition and Culture,” showcasing the rich diversity of Indian traditions through vibrant performances by various departments. Students presented Bihari, Punjabi, Gujarati, Haryanvi, and South Indian folk dances with colourful costumes, energetic choreography, and traditional music. Adding to the cultural spirit, Rahul Ranjan, a student from ABS, delivered an engaging poetry recital. The evening also featured an elegant Ramp Walk segment, where graduating students, dressed in vibrant Bandhani attire, confidently showcased style, tradition, and stage presence through individual and couple walks, along with an entertaining Q&A round.
