This program is organized by the Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. The program was held at Seminar Hall-Block C, Amity Institute of Pharmacy, AUMP. This program was planned and coordinated by Dr. Jovita Kanoujia, Dr. Ramakant Joshi, Mrs. Neethu MV under the guidance of Prof (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Mishra, Director, Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University MP. 102 students and faculty members from B. Pharm, have actively participated. The program aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality education) and supported by Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC), AUMP.

Aim & Objective of the Program
The Aim of the event was –
· To inspire B. Pharm students to pursue and achieve their career aspirations.
· To provide practical guidance on navigating the professional landscape post-graduation.
· To connect academic learning with real-world career opportunities and success.
The Objectives of the event were -
· To equip students with actionable strategies for career development and goal setting.
· To expose students to industry insights and real-world experiences from a successful professional.
· To foster a proactive mindset among students regarding their future career paths and professional growth.
Details of the Programme
On June 5, 2025, the Amity Institute of Pharmacy (AIP) at Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior, hosted an online guest lecture titled "The Amity Chapter: Turning Dreams into Reality." This event, specifically for B. Pharm students, took place in the Seminar Hall - Block C of the AIP. The program was meticulously planned and coordinated by Dr. Jovita Kanoujia, Dr. Ramakant Joshi, and Mrs. Neethu MV, all under the expert guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Mishra, Director of AIP. The lecture saw active participation from 102 B.Pharm students. The valuable insights were delivered by Ms. Juhi, Product Manager at Abbott, New Delhi, India, who served as the distinguished resource person for the event. The program was conducted through online mode using MS-Team Platform.
