Webinar on “Cracking the code: Bioinformatics application and opportunities”
The webinar started with a warm welcome to all participants by Dr. Ravi Ranjan, who also introduced the theme of the event and highlighted its significance. This was followed by an insightful lecture by Prof. Vinay Sharma on the opportunities and applications of bioinformatics in India. The session continued with a talk by guest speaker Dr. Mohit Mazumdar, who discussed emerging scopes in bioinformatics and recent research advancements in the field. He also emphasized the key techniques necessary for success in this domain. The event concluded with an interactive session where participants’ queries were addressed, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Ravi Ranjan.
