Amity Business School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh organized a Training Program on Accountability & Responsibility” for the officers of Supreme Industries Ltd on 20/05/2025The resource person for the workshop was Dr. Rajiv Dwivedi (HOD - Offg. & Associate Professor ABS & Associate Dean Student Welfare, Amity University Madhya Pradesh). 

At the outset, Mr Mahendra Singh (HR Manager – Supreme Industries, Malanpur) welcomed Dr. Rajiv Dwivedi (The trainer). Dr. Dwivedi made the participants aware about the objectives of the workshop. About 35 officers from different departments attended the workshop along with their GM. At the end a feedback session was conducted by Dr. Dwivedi. The feedback of the workshop was overwhelming and very positive. The Training Program was organized & coordinated by Dr. Rajiv Dwivedi (HOD - Offg. & Associate Professor ABS & Associate Dean Student Welfare, Amity University Madhya Pradesh) under the guidance of Prof.(Dr.) Navita Nathani HOI - ABS

Aim & Objective of the Programme:

 

The objectives of the workshop were

1. The training program was intended to make them realize their hidden potential and synergize their efforts towards self development.

2. To train the participants on importance of Accountability.

3. To equip them with professional skills so that they can contribute to their teams and can become betterleaders.

4. To make them understand the importance of understanding Responsibility.

5. To make them more accountable and responsible towards their professional endeavors
