Guest Lecture: How to Plan a Startup: Legal and Ethical Steps
Amity School of Engineering and Technology (ASETK) and Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Cell (IIEC) jointly organized a guest lecture titled How to Plan a Startup: Legal and Ethical Steps. Guided by Mr Avijit Das, Program Head at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, the session offered important advice for aspiring entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts. It saw an enthusiastic participation from students across various schools at Amity University Kolkata.
Mr Das outlined the essential steps to launch a successful startup, and covered the various phases involved in setting up both for-profit and not-for-profit ventures. He also shed light on the different types of startups, entrepreneurial models, and organizational structures. The students of ASETK and IIEC shared their startup ideas. Those who already run their own ventures also spoke about their entrepreneurial journeys.
