Workshop-cum-Seminar on New Criminal Laws

Amity Law School, Kolkata in collaboration with Amity University Kolkata organized a Two-Day Workshop-cum-Seminar on New Criminal Laws. The event commenced with an inaugural ceremony graced by the presence of Prof. (Dr) Sanjay Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr) Amrita Saha, Registrar and Head of Institution, and Hon’ble Justice Ranjit Kumar Bag.
Day 1 featured a workshop comprising four engaging and interactive sessions led by Hon’ble Justice Asim Kumar Roy, Shri Biswajit Mukherjee, Advocate Sabyasachi Chatterjee, and Prof. (Dr) Kavita Singh.
Day 2 included the hybrid-mode scholarly presentations by participants from across India, with technical sessions chaired by esteemed academicians. The event concluded with closing remarks by Hon’ble Justice Madhumati Mitra and Shri Anirban Das. A formal vote of thanks, delivered by the three faculty convenors - Prof. Arindam Saha, Prof. Nilanjan Chakraborty, and Prof. Sarbani Bhowmick - marked the culmination of the Workshop-cum-Seminar.
