Skit Competition on “Corruption Measures in India”
Amity Institute of Social Sciences organized a Skit Competition on “Anti Corruption Measures in India”. The students of Amity University Madhya Pradesh commemorated Birth Anniversary of Sardar Patel which is observed as “Culture of Integrity for Nations Prosperity”.
The event took place on October 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 01:00 noon in Block D, Seminar Hall, D 306. The programme commenced with the welcome of Prof (Dr) Iti Roychowdhury, Director AISS/ASL/ASCENT & DSW and all the faculty members. The Programme started with the Integrity Pledge for the Citizens, all the students and faculty members took pledge to support the fight against corruption. There were six groups who dramatized and represented the corruption existing everywhere. They are:
1. Sachchai ki Raha
2. Bhrashtachaar ke Khilaf Jung
3. Corruption in Education
4. Corruption in the Government System
5. Blood Line Corruption
6. Bhrashtachaar ki Qeemat
Winners:
1. Ist Position: Blood Line Corruption
2. IInd Position: Corruption in the Government System
3. IIIrd Position: Bhrashtachaar ke Khilaf Jung

Attendance Student/Faculty: About 125 students from the university attended the event with enthusiasm in the celebration of the Vigilance Awareness Week, 28-03 November 2024.
Outcome/Objective:
The objective of the event was to commemorate the life, values, and teachings of Sardar Patel by engaging students in activities that reflected his philosophy. The competition sought to foster a deeper understanding of Anti Corruption Measures in India and motivate students to fight against it.
Motivation and Inspiration: Students were inspired by Sardar Patel’s vision of corruption free India. Let us remember that each of us can contribute to fight against corruption and free India by being vigilant and promoting integrity in our daily lives.
Reflection on Societal Change: The event encouraged students and faculty members to take this commitment and fight against the corruption embedded in the country.
