Amity Finishing School organizes a Workshop “Tehzeeb and Tyohar", a celebration with a cause

Amity Finishing School (AFS), Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida campus, organized a Workshop “Tehzeeb Aur Tyohar”, a celebration with a cause. Under this, three workshops- A makeup Workshop by Celebrity Make-up Artist Ms. Iza Setia, a workshop on Table Décor & Dining Etiquette by Ms. Nikita Sinhal & Ms. Roshi Kapoor, Amity Finishing School and a workshop on Ethnic Styling by Ms. Sareena Bhardwaj, Faculty, Amity Finishing School, were organized of the benefit of the students.

Addressing the gathering, Mrs. Jaishree Chauhan, Vice President, Amity Finishing School, averred, “Amity Finishing School focusses on personal grooming, etiquettes, mannerisms which are essential for their overall personality development. Social etiquettes are very important since they leave a long-lasting impression on others and create an individual’s image in the minds of people. The proceeds from the workshops will be donated to charity.”

Dr. Eeshani Sarswat, HOI & Deputy Director, Amity Finishing School, said, “Tehzeeb Aur Tyohar is a unique workshop designed by AFS to help students and professionals with innovative ethnic styling, fine dining experience, festive table decor and gift etiquette. This workshop has been carefully designed to blend the elegance of ethnic traditions with modern styling, while also contributing to a noble cause this festive season.”

 

Giving makeup tips to the students, Celebrity Make-up Artist, Ms. Iza Setia, said, “A well-groomed personality is extremely important in today’s times. A woman should apply make up as per the occasion and it is crucial to know the basics of doing make up for different occasions. To begin with, one must understand their skin type and they should use the products accordingly. In addition, using good quality skincare products is crucial otherwise the products may harm the skin or cause allergy.”

 

 

On this occasion, an exhibition of ethnic wear, traditional jewellery, handmade candles and home décor products, skincare and makeup products was also organized by the students of Amity Finishing School.
