Workshop on Lean Startup & Minimum viable product
The Lean Startup activity aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in applying the Lean Startup methodology. The focus was on teaching them how to validate business ideas quickly, build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and iterate based on customer feedback. The Lean Startup activity successfully equipped students with essential tools and methodologies for launching and managing startups. By experiencing the process firsthand, they gained valuable insights into the iterative nature of business development, making them better prepared for entrepreneurial challenges ahead.
Objectives of Lean Startup
1. To make the students understand the importance of testing and validating business ideas early on with minimal resources, reducing the risk of failure.
2. To Learn how to create a basic version of their product to gather user feedback and make informed decisions about further development.
3. Develop the ability to adapt and change their business model based on customer feedback and market conditions, ensuring they are always aligned with customer needs.
4. The Lean Startup methodology helps students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical execution, preparing them to launch successful ventures in the real world.
