Amity University explores placement opportunities at Salesforce, for Engineering students
Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida campus, organized a Campus Engagement and Virtual Internship Programme- Felicitation Ceremony by Salesforce, an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California, providing CRM software solution, focused on Sales, Customer Service, Marketing Automation, E-Commerce, Analytics, and Application Development. The aim of the Programme was to explore placement opportunities for the students and further help them in seeking guidance and mentorship of Salesforce experts through industry lectures and internship opportunities.
Addressing the students of Amity, Ms. Minea Moore, Senior Director, Ecosystem Growth & Impact, Salesforce, averred, “I’m deeply touched by the rich culture, warmth and hospitality extended to me in India since this is my first visit to the country. At Salesforce, business is a big driver of change, and we are constantly looking for fresh talent, with new skills, to join our organization. The training and guidance received by the students during their internship will be helpful for them throughout their careers.”
Also present on the occasion were Mr. Shiva Kumar G, Country Head & Director, Trailhead Academy, Salesforce, Mr. Yudhisther Yadav, India Lead, Partner Success & Ecosystem Growth, India, Salesforce and Prof. (Dr.) Madhuri Kumari, Dy. Director (Placement & Industry Relations), ASET. The Programme concluded with a Felicitation Ceremony, wherein Engineering students were felicitated with certificates by Salesforce team for the successful completion of the Internship Programme offered by the organisation.
