AIBAS, AUMP Hosts Insightful Session on "Careers in Psychology"
Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior - June 7, 2024: The Amity Institute of Behavioral & Allied Sciences (AIBAS) at Amity University Madhya Pradesh (AUMP) successfully organized an enlightening session on "Careers in Psychology" for its students. The event took place under the expert guidance of Dr. NovRattan Sharma, Head of Institution (HOI) of AIBAS.
The session was graced by Mr. Atul Kumar, Assistant Professor at AIBAS, who served as the Resource Person. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field provided the students with valuable insights into the myriad career opportunities available in psychology. The event was meticulously organized by Dr. Jangjeet, who ensured its smooth execution. Student coordinators, Vidushi Sankhla and Nikhil Sharma also played pivotal roles in managing the event and engaging the student body.
The session saw participation from students of all semesters, including those enrolled in Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) accredited courses. Mr. Atul Kumar highlighted various career paths within psychology, such as becoming a Psychologist, Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, Organizational Psychologist, and more. He discussed the skills and qualifications required for each role, emphasizing the importance of practical experience and continuous learning in this dynamic field.
