Student Seminar “Business Management Challenges In Contemporary Era

 
Amity Business School (ABS) successfully organized a seminar for MBA II students on May 12, 2023, in the C Block seminar hall. The seminar aimed to address the pressing challenges in contemporary business management. Topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Mindful Marketing and Consumption, Fin-tech Marketing, Hybrid Customer Experiences, Green Economy and Sustainable Development, Corporate Governance with a specific focus on climate change issues, and Ecotourism were among the key areas explored during the event.
 The seminar provided a platform for students to delve into the complexities faced by marketers in today's dynamic business landscape. By focusing on these relevant topics, the seminar aimed to equip students with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in the field of business management. The event fostered a conducive environment for knowledge sharing, interactive discussions, and the exchange of innovative ideas. It offered valuable insights into emerging trends and practices, enabling students to gain a holistic perspective on the current business management landscape.
The seminar was thoughtfully divided into two halves to facilitate a comprehensive exploration of the topics at hand. The first half commenced from 10:30 am to 12:15 pm, followed by the second half from 1:15 pm to 3:30 pm. Throughout the seminar, a total of 14 presentations were delivered, covering various business management-related subjects.
 A diverse group of fifty-six students participated in the seminar, with each group consisting of four individuals. The inclusive nature of the event extended beyond the MBA II students, as students from the BBA and B.Com programs were also invited to attend, fostering interdisciplinary learning and collaboration.
To kickstart the proceedings, the program commenced at 10:30 am with a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. Khushi Gupta and Ms. Vaishnavi Singh. The seminar was graced by distinguished individuals who adorned the dais, including Dr. Anand Kumar Shrivastava, Dr. Saifali Garg, Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Pathak, Dr. Rajiv Kumar Dwivedi, Dr. Gunjan Dwivedi, Dr. Kishan Singh Rathor, Dr. Ajeet Singh, Dr. Dinesh Gupta, Dr. Anil Singh Parihar, and Dr. Pooja Jain. Their presence added immense value and expertise to the seminar, ensuring a rich learning experience for all attendees.
The distinguished guests' collective knowledge and experience in the field of business management contributed to the seminar's overall success and provided students with valuable insights and perspectives.
Wholesome, the seminar's structured format, diverse student participation, and the esteemed presence of distinguished dignitaries set the stage for an engaging and fruitful learning experience.
The vote of thanks was eloquently delivered by Ms. Harshita Nahata, MBA student, as she expressed her gratitude towards the Director of ABS, Dr. Anil Vashisht, and Dr. Mini Agarwal for providing the invaluable opportunity to organize a seminar on the theme of Business Management Challenges in the Contemporary Era.

She passionately emphasized the profound significance of the seminar in enhancing the student's knowledge and understanding of the dynamic field of business management.
