Ranchi, 12/05/2023: Amity Institute of Applied Sciences organized a Motivational Talk by Prof. H. C. Verma (Padma Shri) for AUJ students and faculty members, with the blessings of Amity University Jharkhand’s Revered Honorable Founder President, Revered President & Chancellor.
The Sr. Vice President of Amity Education Group, Mr. U. Ramachandran, as well as Mr. Gauravh Gupta, Vice President, Amity Education Group conveyed their best wishes on this occasion.
Dr. Ashok K. Srivastava, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand, expressed his good wishes to the students.
The eminent speaker Prof. H. C. Verma, Padma Shri and famous Indian Physicist, quoted that when you learn from yourself, your mistakes, you will learn. Keep working for the benefits, don’t worry about the loss, and you will excel. Accept the challenges, work hard, dream big for the work and never compromise.
He also shared his experiences in the form of storytelling. He said the wrong decisions taken lead to innovation and independent thinking.
Further, he explained some of the basic concepts of light, reflection, refraction, rays, electric and magnetic fields, dispersion, and wavelength, referring to the textbooks taught in the concepts of physics.
The other eminent speaker was Mr. Sudhir Prasad, Former Chief Secretary, Government of Jharkhand, enlightened everyone by quoting that necessity is the mother of invention, asking questions is the mother of innovation. So, keep asking questions.
The interactive session ended on a successful note, wherein students gained knowledge about life lessons, wrong decisions taken leading to the right path, and basics related to Physics. The interactive and smiling faces of the students here reflected the success of the motivational talk.
