It was a remarkable event celebrating Rajasthan’s rich culinary heritage while promoting sustainable food practices. Participants showcased forgotten traditional recipes using locally sourced ingredients, emphasizing nutrition, sustainability, and food security. The competition aimed to revive Rajasthan’s lost flavors while aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) by advocating for local food systems. There were 11 teams who prepared different recipes of Rajasthan. Prof. Mani Sachdeva and Dr. Neelam Jain have judged the event.
