I had to practice push ups daily with heavy weight on my back, even when I was unwell, which was extremely difficult for me. However, I never gave up and remained focussed on my goal since hard work, perseverance and resilience are the prerequisites for becoming successful in any endeavour. One must be disciplined in life, adopt a healthy lifestyle and exercise every day in order to become fit and build stamina. Never giving up in the face of hardships is a quality which one must develop and keep working hard till you achieve your goals.”
Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, stated, “This initiative aligns with Amity’s commitment to ensure holistic development of students and creating a vibrant campus environment. We are honoured to have Mr. Rohtash Chaudhary present here with us today to share his highly inspirational journey with the students. The importance of a healthy lifestyle and exercise cannot be overlooked, and a healthy body and a healthy mind are essential to be successful in life. However, many youngsters are depending upon artificial products such as steroids, protein powders, etc, to build muscles in a short span of time, which must be avoided. One must only consume natural and healthy food to maintain a fit and healthy body.”

Singh, Dean Students’ Welfare, Amity University, said, “This week-long event, aims to promote physical fitness and wellness among the students, faculty and staff.
