Department of Dietetics & Applied Nutrition (AMS) organised a guest lecture on Inculcating Healthy Food Habits Among College Students, on July 29, 2024. The lecture aimed to empower students to manage their weight effectively and reduce the risk of diet-related diseases.
The aim of the guest lecture was to educate college students on the importance of healthy eating habits and the role of a balanced diet in maintaining overall well-being.
