An Expert Talk on “Innovation, Leadership, & Navigating Career Transitions” was organized by ABS on 6th August 2026.The session aimed to provide students with insights into essential managerial skills, industry expectations, emerging trends, and future career roles.
The aim of the interaction session was to connect students with industry professionals for mentorship and to help them understand the key requirements of corporate readiness. It also sought to encourage learning through real-life professional experiences and leadership journeys while promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development. The workshop on Goal Setting conducted by Dr. Monica Arora, HOD – ABS, further aimed to help students develop clarity and direction towards their personal and professional goals.
The interaction session successfully provided students with valuable insights into corporate readiness and the skills required to succeed in the evolving professional environment. Mr. Nikhil emphasised the growing convergence of the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds and highlighted the importance of adaptability, innovation, discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset. His interaction helped students gain a better understanding of industry expectations and the need to develop both professional and interpersonal skills.
