Amity Law School , Amity University Haryana organized a intra moot court competition for academic development of students on 4-5 December 2021. We invited an expert to judge the competition “Mr. Nirbhay Prakash Civil Judge Cum Judicial Magistrate District Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand”. The main objective of the competition were to deliver a holistic approach to learning the art of Advocacy, to develop fluency and clear enunciation relating to legal principles and procedure among our students, to give them insight in the art of persuasion, and of putting a case succinctly and intelligibly and to conduct induction of new members to the Moot Court Society .
The First position was bagged by Team comprising of Ms. Rhea Yadav, Ms. Simran Dhaundiyal and Ms. Nikita Goel followed by Team comprising of Ms. Ananya Gaur and Mr. Chirag Yadav. Best Speaker was awarded to Ms. Rhea Yadav and Best Memorial was won by Team comprising of Ms. Pranjal Tulsyan, Ms. Bharti Sharma and Mr. Sarthak Gupta. The Award for Best Researcher was bagged jointly by Mr Sarthak Gupta and Ms. Rhea Radhakrishnan.
The Ceremony concluded with Maj. Gen. PK Sharma (Retd), Professor & Director, Amity Law School and Dean, Faculty of Law congratulating the Winners and all the participants for their efforts and praised the Organizing Team for conducting a successful Event. The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Mr. Pranshul Pathak, Coordinator, Amity Law School.
