Prof. V. 'Seenu' Srinivasan of The Adams Distinguished Professor of Management, Emeritus Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, USA (Ranked 3rd according to QS Rankings) was felicitated with the virtual citation for his exemplary contribution and path breaking research in the area of Conjoint Analysis, primarily in the areas of marketing such as - (Measuring Multi-Attribute Customer Preference Structures), Brand Equity Measurement, Market-Structure Analysis, New Product Development. Customer-Focused Product Planning, Marketing Research, Data and Decisions. 

The main objective of the event was to provide a platform to Amity Fraternity to interact with academician from top foreign universities across the globe to learn the best global practices on contemporary and emerging issues and to develop linkages with premium institution for various comprehensive internationalization endeavours. 

Prof. V. 'Seenu' Srinivasan, The Adams Distinguished Professor of Management, Emeritus, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, USA described in detail about ‘Innovative Market Research for Solving Real World Problems’. The applications of innovative market research in context of pharmaceuticals, railways and other areas citing relevant research conducted by him. The term ‘Conjoint Analysis’ coined by Prof. Srinivasan can be used to productize and monetize the innovations. Conjoint analysis technique has tremendous commercial applications and is being used by leading market research companies all over the world. The market simulators that result from Choice Based Conjoint Analysis enable companies to test numerous product formulations and competitive scenarios. He also highlighted that annually there are 18000 applications of conjoint analysis are being used by the industry. “Teaching is the best way to learn. I want to give you three mantras for the better output in life no matter in what field you are associated with i.e., Teaching, Research and Consulting.” added Prof Srinivasan.
