Cooking Competition by ASH on 13th February 2025.
Amity School of Hospitality organised a cooking competition on 13th February 2025. With the Pansari Group’s support and expert guidance, the event reinforced the importance of precision, creativity, and culinary expertise in professional cooking.
The event aimed to provide an exclusive platform for budding chef students at Amity School of Hospitality (ASH) to showcase their culinary skills. By participating in the competition, students had the opportunity to refine their cooking techniques, experiment with Flavors, and present their culinary creations while gaining exposure to industry professionals.
The competition successfully highlighted the talent and creativity of aspiring chefs, fostering a spirit of culinary excellence. Participants gained valuable insights into essential cooking parameters, including recipe authenticity, cooking techniques, temperature control, texture, aroma, taste, and plate presentation
