 Amity Medical School organized a webinar on “ innovation in healthcare ‘ to celebrate the Innovation day,2020. Keynote speakers Mr. Ajeet Bhardwaj, Director, Optique, New Delhi, Former, and President of Asia Pacific Council of Optometry.   He spoke about the importance of Research and innovation and the benefits of students through this. For sustainability in a continuously changing world and to be a part of globalization, it is very important to have a thirst for new learning and applying the new technologies .he also discussed the importance of bending learning systems to combat any adverse situations like the COVID 19 pandemic. This will help the students as well as teachers to be always updated and skilled without compromising knowledge and make bright futures for society by educating young people   

Dr. Narottam Sharma, Senior Scientist, Head Laboratories, DNA Labs, DLCAS, Dehradun emphasized about innovations in diagnostics in molecularmedicine. He also informed attendees about an online lab testing learning facility where students can learn various tests without exposing them to harmful viruses and bacterias. In this webinar, more than 100 students and educators gained knowledge.
