The Corporate Connect Session conducted every week during academic session is the academic-industry interface of MBA programme.  The Main Objective of the event was to apprise Management students of Amity Business School, Gurugram to have insight into the actual working of corporate and how best to mould themselves with intellectual, behavioural and execution skill-set to become an efficient Manager.

Mr.Pranav Prasoon, National HR Head, Renault India through his academic, military service and corporate credentials and achievements so that his deliverance on HR efficiency strategies becomes substantive. He emphasised that to understand HR functions in actual terms and to become efficient in these functions, it is necessary to overcome the infirmities, frailties and weakness of own conduct,behaviour and workings, like hesitation in completing a given task on time; by controlling and managing the fear towards it. Only after that the HR Manager becomes capable for taking tough emotional decisions impartially and rationally with human face, not only this HR Manager should be capable enough intellectually to align his decisions with some pre-defined purpose. The HR Manager thus attains all the organisational purposes with ease. Mr. Pranav then cited many instances from his personal experiences as HR Head to substantiate his HR efficiency strategy.
