 A Community Health Awareness Activity was organised by The Departments of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, Public Health, AMS on 19^th March 2025. It aimed to equip both community members and students with preventive knowledge, empowering them to make informed decisions for long-term physical and emotional well-being.

The aim of the outreach program was to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle by emphasizing the benefits of yoga, balanced nutrition, and regular breast cancer screenings. The initiative also sought to raise awareness about mental health, especially in children, fostering open dialogue and reducing stigma.

The outreach program successfully cultivated a more health-conscious and informed society by spreading awareness about the significance of preventative healthcare practices, including regular screenings, proper nutrition, and yoga. It also opened up critical conversations around mental health, particularly in children, helping to reduce stigma and promote empathy.
