 Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology organised a Society Outreach Program on 22^nd October 2024. The event provided students with valuable tools for both personal growth and career development, contributing to their overall well-being and future aspirations. 

The aim was to equip senior secondary students with essential life skills, focusing on goal setting, career planning, and adopting a solution-focused mindset. By engaging students in participatory learning, the program aimed to help them shift from problem-focused thinking to a solution-oriented approach, offering practical insights into career opportunities post-10+2 and guiding them toward a healthier mental outlook.

The program successfully engaged students in meaningful discussions and interactive activities, helping them understand the importance of goal setting and how to approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
