 Amity School of Fashion Design & Technology organised a guest lecture on “Digital Embroidery”, on 15 October 2024. The students learned how to incorporate intricate details such as piping, hemming, gathers, and ruffles, which are crucial for enhancing the quality and versatility of fashion design.

The aim of the workshop on digital embroidery was to equip participants with essential skills to operate digital embroidery machines and explore advanced techniques used in the industry. Attendees were introduced to the basics of digital embroidery machine stitches, the process of running the machine, and how to transfer new designs into its memory.
