Poster Making Competition on Drug De-Addiction was organised by AMS on 18th August 2026. Through team-based poster making, students effectively communicated messages related to the harmful effects of drug abuse, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
The aim of the Poster Making Competition was to create awareness among students about drug abuse and its harmful consequences while promoting the importance of a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. The event also aimed to encourage students to use creativity and visual communication to convey health-related messages, while developing their creativity, teamwork, communication skills, and sense of social responsibility.
The Poster Making Competition successfully engaged 18 students, comprising 17 students from BASLP and 1 student from CR, in a creative awareness activity focused on drug de-addiction. The activity also strengthened their creativity, teamwork, visual communication skills, and awareness of socially relevant health issues, while contributing to the promotion of a healthier and drug-free society.
