Amity Institute of Behavioural Science organised Hands-on workshop on Introduction to Neuroscientific Tools in Psychology on 20 February, 2024. The objective was to inspire students for innovation in the field of psychology in general and to train them in application of neurofeedback techniques in particularly.
The aim of the workshop was to educate participants on EEG and GSR, emphasizing how external stimuli influence brainwave patterns, particularly delta and theta waves. Additionally, the workshop aimed to introduce participants to the concept of eye tracking and its potential for uncovering unconscious feedback.
In conclusion, the workshop provided valuable insights into EEG and GSR, how stimuli impact brainwave patterns, with a specific focus on delta and theta waves. The session also introduced participants to the concept of eye tracking and its relevance in revealing unconscious feedback. Through engaging EEG demonstrations, participants gained a deeper understanding of brain activity during various activities.
