Amity School of Hospitality organized Millet-O-Mania Competition Millet-O-Mania Competition” under “Amifest 2023” on 19th April 2023  Food Production Lab. A total of 4 students, 1 faculty & 1 staff participated in the event. A lot of delicious & eye-catchy millet-based dishes were prepared by participants such as millet idli, millet dosa, millet kachori, millet khichdi, millet cookies & millet cake. The judgement was done on the parameters of taste, presentation, innovation, hygiene and time-limit.

Result of the Competition:

·         1^st Position: Ms. Jyoti Singh (ACON Staff) 

·         2^nd Position: Dr. Ruchika Kulshrestha (ASH Faculty)  

The main objective of the event was to nurture the ability of participating students to prepare & cook healthy & delicious food items from millets.
