On November 29, 2022, to commemorate Atmospheric Science Day, the Amity School of Applied Sciences organized an educational trip to IIT Delhi. Therefore, there were several activities at IIT, including poster presentations and social and cultural gatherings. Our students get the opportunity to view and hear all presentations, which helps them to better understand how students at IIT operate as well as learn about various research fields and potential directions for further study.

The purpose of this tour was to explain and illustrate the most recent developments in atmospheric sciences, to explore different research topics, and to persuade students to choose a career in research.

After completing their UG and PG studies, the students learned about their future options. They had enjoyed various social events and the opportunity to connect with IIT faculty and students. The presentations were all viewed and heard by the students, who gained an understanding of how students at IIT operate as well as knowledge of various research fields and potential directions for future study.
