With the approval of Competent Authority, the Composition of Faculty/Staff Grievance Redressal Committee of the University is re-constituted as under:
The Chairperson of the above committee is requested to look into the Faculty/Staff Grievances and submit its recommendations to Hon’ble Vice Chancellor.
The Committee shall communicate its decision within 5 days of receipt of the complaint after necessary approval of the Competent Authority. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee or not satisfied by its decision may within a period of 2 weeks may file an appeal to the Appellate Authority.
The tenure of the Committee shall be two years (valid upto 30 June 2028).
Meeting of the Committee to be held within 2-3 days after receiving the grievance. Minutes of the meeting to be submitted to Hon’ble Vice Chancellor /Executive Council through Director, HR accordingly.
One-half of the members of the Committee, including the Chairperson, shall constitute the quorum at a meeting.
