Speech and Hearing camp at ISKCON TEMPLE DWARKA NEW DELHI.

1. Hearing evaluation through audiometer - 68 industrial worker (Ahluwalia construction company)
2. Tuning fork Test based hearing screening and Otoscopic examination
3. Pure tone audiometry, impedence audiometry and hearing aid trail (counselling).

The above listed students were involved in various screening cum diagnostic activity, especially in industrial worker. It is generally observe that aural hygiene and safety awareness in industrial worker. There for routine and periodic assessment at certain interval is needed the BASLP student were sensitized and train about the screening and diagnostic protocol to handle occupational adults patient. it was observed that there were several
industrial worker who had hearing problem due to heavy noise exposure and poor ear hygiene . This camp provided an opportunity to the BASLP STUDENT TO PERFORMED SPECIFIC DAIGOSNITC test on this population. Opportunity is like this will further improve the coverall learning of the BASLP student.
