Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences organised a program on "Psychometric Tests and Assessment" on 20th January, 2020 to create awareness about issues related to Psychology and Mental Health.

It was attended by more than 300 Students, faculty and Staff and was graced by presence of senior officials including Dean Student Welfare Maj Gen G.S. Bal and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr.Padmakali Banerjee.

The aim of this program was to provide opportunity to participants to discover and understand various aspects of their personality, cognitive abilities emotional and Intelligence quotient with the help of Psychometric Testing. Participants were made Aware of different Psychological topics as well as works and importance of Behavioural and Allied Sciences Department. Participants Learned practical and applicable knowledge regarding how to cope up with Depression, Anxiety and Stress, Understanding Personality, Emotional and Intelligence Quotient as well as other important Psychological Interventions to deal with the daily life issues that affect the Mental Health. In addition, Relaxation therapies were demonstrated and other fun experiments related to the Psychology such as ; lemon test, body language Preferred learning style were done to lift the spirits of the participants.
