It covers a range of fundamental principles pertinent to web development, security, computer technology, mobile computing and its use throughout the world. On successful completion of the course, the students would have honed his/her conceptual skills; enhanced & developed multifunctional IT skills and techniques; sharpened applied knowledge to a wide range of cases and problem. The course seeks to develop knowledge and skills in a range of computing disciplines such as Information and cyber security, computer network design, media technology and Web development. Students will learn software engineering methods thereby enhancing their problem solving skills. This course uses practical examples to reinforce the theoretical concepts, underpinning students to gain throughout the programme utilising our state-of-the-art computer facilities.

HSC Certificate with minimum of 2 ‘A’ Level/Diploma/GCE from a recognised Educational Institution or alternative qualifications, including professional qualifications. The candidates must have proficiency in the English Language. The foreign students will need to demonstrate that they meet the minimum English language requirement of IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent).
The programme is designed to meet the needs of computing industry in all sectors of employment. Successful students will be able to consider careers in computing generally; design, development, installation, operation, programming and securing computer web systems and networks.
