The Industry Interaction Cell at the Amity Institute of Social Sciences is an initiative for catering a sustained guidance and facilitation to students seeking an enriching career in the social development sector. IIC extends several orientation opportunities to the students, such as a dialogue with practitioners through capacity development programs, interaction with alumni, exploration of sectoral as well as emerging areas of career opportunities, workshops on personality development, career guidance, block placement, culminating into final job placement. IIC being the students’ driven unit is guided by the designated faculty members who monitor and help in the process of placement. It strives to bring together the prospective recruiting organisations and the students with a motive of exploring mutuality for a continued relationship where the recruiter finds a suitable employee and the student too explores an organisation to work and contribute to its growth.
Our students are placed in various reputed international & national development agencies and in CSR department of PSUs. Social Work students have established their Non Profit Organisations and start-ups
