Bachelor of Design (Fashion Design) is an intensive program that is designed to help creative students translate their fashion ideas into the next fashion trend. The program attains the optimal balance between imparting practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the highly creative field of fashion design.

For success in this domain, students need to imbibe in-depth knowledge about various types of fabrics and materials as well as about diverse design patterns. At Amity University Punjab, students are also provided ample industry exposure in the form of visit to garment manufacturers as well as studios of celebrity designers to make their learning comprehensive.

The Amity Fashion Design students are also provided adequate training to develop customized couture for the discerning patrons.

Career Scope

Amity Fashion Design students are inducted by leading fashion brands and bespoke boutique designers alike. Growing fashion consciousness and international exposure has resulted in an enhanced acceptance of high fashion.

Upon course completion, students can be meaningfully engaged in diverse disciplines of fashion industry such as designer wear production, quality control, fashion marketing, fashion planning, concept management and fashion event organizer. They can also seek employment in organizations offering services as unique as fashion media, design production, fashion accessory designing and fashion consultancy among others.
