It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Amity Institute of Technology (AIT), Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. AIT, established in 2016 in close collaboration with Tata Technologies Limited, is committed to provide excellent education to enthusiastic students for becoming a well-qualified industry ready engineers in the field of Automobile Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering. AIT is a globally recognized Institute for imparting outstanding education for developing all the required competencies in our next-generation engineers. For doing so; AIT has established 6 Competency Centres namely Technology Centre, Innovation Centre, Learning Centre, Virtual Reality Centre, Tear Down Bench Marking Centre and Advance Manufacturing Centre. AIT offers B.Tech. programmes in Automobile Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering
The institute has a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty members in diversified streams to cater for all-round development of students. I am proud to share that the curriculum of these unique programmes, has been designed and developed by industry experts of Tata Technologies to meet industry requirement and with global outlook.
We have a practical hands-on project-based teaching, learning approach to reinforce theoretical concepts. We, at Amity, provide four tier mentoring system of our students for their holistic development. We have industry mentor assigned to every student, who shares his / her expertise, experience and knowledge with students. We have a robust industry – academia collaboration programs. Our students have undertaken live industry projects during their Mini Project / Internships / Major Project. We have chapters of professional bodies like AEE, SAE, ASME etc and regularly organise industry visits, seminars, workshops and guest lectures by Industry / academia experts to strengthen the fundamentals of our students and give them exposure and feel of actual industry environment.
At AIT, the students are encouraged and motivated to participate in inter-institution competitions like technical, sports, quiz and cultural fests organized by IIT’s and other Universities.
Apart from academic activities, the co-curricular activities, sports, adventure, cultural and social- service activities, form important part of the life of the students. This importance is well indicated in the spread of facilities at the Amity University campus. All students get full opportunity to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities leading to a holistic personality development.
