Mathematics is essential for scientific and technological advancements, providing tools for solving complex problems and modelling real-world phenomena. It includes various branches such as algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and discrete mathematics, making it a crucial component of modern education and research.
The course M.Sc. Mathematics is a two-year postgraduate program divided into four semesters. Students in this programme develop a deeper understanding of advanced mathematics by studying algebra, real analysis, operational research, complex analysis, mechanics, calculus of variations, ODEs and PDEs, dynamical systems, differential and integral equations.
