Amity University Jharkhand Organized a Guest Lecture on Cyber Threat Intelligence
With the objective of providing information about malicious domains, websites, IP address, and other indicators of compromise, Amity University Jharkhand organized a Virtual Guest Lecture on ‘Cyber Threat Intelligence’ on Tuesday, 21.09.2021.
The event began with the welcome address by Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand who highlighted the basic needs for understanding cyber threat and the ways to cope up with it. He encouraged students to build their career in the field of cyber world.
Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director, and Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand blessed and praised the team for organising the event.
The Guest speaker of the session was Mr. Avinash Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, Sharda University, Greater Noida who explained ethical hacking process, artificial intelligence and cloud computing by referring to network scanning, dirty cow concept, autopsy tool and filtered code.
He also discussed on key tools used by threat intelligence analysts. Cybercrime trends and tactics and effective capabilities training for cyber threat analysts were also focussed here.
The programme ended with the vote of thanks.
