STEP WISE PROCESS/ PROCEDURE FOR REDRESSAL OF ISSUES/GRIEVANCES

First, the concerned students are advised to place their issues to the helpdesk by mailing at helpdesk@rnc.amity.edu with all their contact numbers and
supporting documents.
- Secondly, if not resolved/not responded within 2 days, please forward that mail to the Student Welfare at swd@rnc.amity.edu.
Even if not resolved within a week time, the Student Grievance Redressal Cell(SGRC) is ready to take up the case, based on trailing emails and supporting evidence.
The grievances can be sent to the dedicated email of SGRC at grievance@rnc.amity.edu,
and the concerned University officials will attend that at the top priority.

In pursuance to UGC Regulations, 2023 as notified in the Gazette of India on 11th April 2023, Amity University Jharkhand hereby amends the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) for the Academic Year 2023‒24
for necessary attention and disposal of the grievances of the students at Amity University Jharkhand.
